Orleans Brews & Beignets was founded in 2017 by Louisiana natives who brought the real flavors of New Orleans to Fayette County, Georgia. We open at 7AM because that's when real days start — beignets fried hot, café au lait poured fresh, shrimp & grits simmering. At 11AM our full lunch menu kicks in, with shrimp po'boys, Gigi's gumbo, Orleans burgers, and Creole plates ready to go.

Whether you're an early bird at 7AM or sliding in for a 12PM lunch, Orleans has Fayette County covered Monday through Saturday, 7AM to 3PM. Everything made to order, every day, the way it's done back home in Louisiana.
